STORY The new position at courtyard Once upon a time there was a king, who offered an important job at his courtyard. He sent for the best men in his country and presented them a task for solving. He led them to the great gate in castle, on which a large, complex lock was attached. Never had the men seen such a lock. The king spoke to the selected few: „Look, this is the largest and most complicated lock in my kingdom. Whoever is able to open the gate, will get the job!” Just the sight of the lock was sufficent for some of the men to give up on their attempt. As much as they would have desired the position, yet so sure they were that it could not be opened. The remaining potentials took a closer loo at the lock, they discussed and delibrated, but came to no solution. Shortly after, one man stepped forward and headed straight toward to the lock. He shook the lock, pulled on it and tried to move it. Then he pulled vigorously on the gate and see - the gate opened. The gate was not connected with the lock at all, but simply left ajar. „You should get the job“ , said the king. “To analyze and discuss is well and good, but you have also to act.” (unknow author) Act, don´t talk! Speech is silver - doing is golden! We need passionate and inspiring people who proactively tackle problems, and who can shape and create trust.
